- Second Bedroom and Desk Area - private full bath - door to the pool and direct ocean view
- Third Bedroom with Double Sofa bed and Desk Area - door to the pool and private full bath Large Loggia for Indoor/Outdoor Living
- Large Sundeck by Pool with Comfortable Seating on First Upper Terrace
- Dining Area by Pool on First Upper Terrace under centenary olive tree overlooking the ocean and the Faraglioni
- Second Terrace consists of a large wooden deck with sun loungers with panoramic ocean view
- Third Terrace is a jacuzzi with a panoramic ocean view of the Faraglioni
- Fourth Terrace has an outdoor grill for cooking, dining table and chairs and a trellis covered with bougainvillea
