The entire structure is developed on a single floor. The living area welcomes you with a spacious lounge with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a study area. The large porch, recently enclosed by elegant sliding glass doors, is divided into a living area and a dining area, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor spaces even during the hottest days, sheltering in the shade of nature.
