Adjoining the living room is the dining room, with access to a shaded terrace, and the fully equipped kitchen, with cooking facilities and access to the outside. Next door, the spacious master bedroom with study and bathroom with shower and toilet. Access to the terrace.

On the 1st floor: a first bedroom overlooking the garden with double bed, bathroom and toilet, and a second bright bedroom with double and single beds and shower/toilet.

Garden level: a self-contained apartment with access to the swimming pool, with 3 bedrooms (2 single beds, 2 double beds, 1 extra bed for a child), a shower room with toilet, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with fireplace and seating area. A laundry room and garage are also located on this level.
