In a 17th century building, between Piazza Navona and San Pietro, in the heart of the Renaissance of Rome, Domus Domitia opens its doors, welcoming guests in a unique environment.
After a careful architectural restoration of the entrance hall and the former warehouse of the building, the atmosphere is designed for those seeking tranquility in a modern and technologically advanced environment. Transparencies and reflections, between the two levels of the residence, showcase furniture and works of art from different periods.
The independent entrance is located in a quiet pedestrian street, in addition to a separate service entrance. The elegant lobby takes us to the guest rooms. Letters and words follow one another in various rooms. Two busts by a well-known contemporary sculptor dominate an illuminated niche that visually merges the two levels.
A glass passage leads to the sleeping area. Through a large dressing room you can access the double bedroom and the private bathroom. A light panel recalls Mayakovski with free-form letters that invite you to the serenity of the words and the notes of the soundtrack of 'A dream is a wish your heart makes' by Cinderella. The fabric lamps are futuristic creations by Paola Napoleone.
From the double bedroom, there is access to a courtyard with climbing plants, equipped with a Roman fountain from the excavations of the renovation. Comfortable designer armchairs with tables allow guests to enjoy a private corner in the heart of the capital. The second, more intimate bedroom also has a private bathroom.
Going down the crystal stairs, on the right we find a wellness area where you can relax after a hot hammam or a whirlpool in the adjacent tub.
The dining room is located in the same airy and bright environment with a Pop-style bar sign from the 1950s that invites guests to relax. The table seems to be magically suspended on the inclined leg and is surrounded by Starck's Louis Ghost chairs.
Six bamboo canes and a cupboard from the 1950s mark the dining area. An open passage takes us to a study where a double sofa bed can comfortably accommodate the fifth and sixth guests. From here you access the courtyard to relax in an egg-shaped room. Finally, two other rooms, with two bathrooms, can be used to accommodate guests.
The property is equipped with video intercom, underfloor heating and cooling system with constant air exchange, mini pool with whirlpool, hammam and wellness area. In addition, there are smart TVs, refrigerator with ice dispenser, audio systems in all rooms, Wi-Fi and alarm.

Après une restauration architecturale soignée du hall d'entrée et de l'ancien entrepôt du bâtiment, l'atmosphère est conçue pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité dans un environnement moderne et technologiquement avancé. Transparences et reflets, entre les deux niveaux de la résidence, mettent en valeur meubles et œuvres d'art de différentes époques.

L'entrée indépendante se situe dans une rue piétonne calme, en plus d'une entrée de service séparée. L'élégant lobby nous emmène vers les chambres. Les lettres et les mots se succèdent dans les différentes pièces. Deux bustes d'un sculpteur contemporain de renom dominent une niche éclairée qui fusionne visuellement les deux niveaux.

Un passage vitré mène à l'espace nuit. Grâce à un grand dressing, vous pouvez accéder à la chambre double et à la salle de bain privée. Un panneau lumineux rappelle Maïakovski avec des lettres de forme libre qui invitent à la sérénité des mots et des notes de la bande originale de « Un rêve est un souhait que ton cœur fait » de Cendrillon. Les lampes en tissu sont des créations futuristes de Paola Napoléone.

De la chambre double, on accède à une cour avec des plantes grimpantes, équipée d'une fontaine romaine provenant des fouilles de la rénovation. De confortables fauteuils design et tables permettent aux convives de profiter d'un coin privé au cœur de la capitale. La deuxième chambre, plus intime, dispose également d'une salle de bain privative.

En descendant les escaliers de cristal, nous trouvons sur la droite un espace bien-être où vous pourrez vous détendre après un hammam chaud ou un bain à remous dans la baignoire adjacente.

La salle à manger est située dans le même environnement aéré et lumineux avec une enseigne de bar de style Pop des années 1950 qui invite les convives à la détente. La table semble suspendue comme par magie au pied incliné et est entourée des chaises Louis Ghost de Starck.

Six cannes de bambou et une armoire des années 1950 marquent la salle à manger. Un passage ouvert nous mène à un bureau où un canapé-lit double peut accueillir confortablement les cinquième et sixième personnes. De là, vous accédez à la cour pour vous détendre dans une pièce en forme d'œuf. Enfin, deux autres chambres, dotées de deux salles de bains, pourront être utilisées pour accueillir des invités.

La propriété est équipée d'un interphone vidéo, d'un système de chauffage et de climatisation au sol avec échange d'air constant, d'une mini piscine avec bain à remous, hammam et espace bien-être. De plus, il y a des téléviseurs intelligents, un réfrigérateur avec distributeur de glaçons, des systèmes audio dans toutes les chambres, une connexion Wi-Fi et une alarme.

Dopo un attento restauro architettonico del vestibolo d'ingresso e dell'ex magazzino del palazzo, l'atmosfera è progettata per coloro che cercano tranquillità in un ambiente moderno e tecnologicamente avanzato. Trasparenze e riflessi, tra i due livelli della residenza, mettono in mostra mobili e opere d'arte di epoche diverse.
L’ ingresso indipendente si trova in una tranquilla strada pedonale, oltre ad un ingresso di servizio separato. L'elegante lobby ci porta alle camere degli ospiti. Lettere e parole si susseguono in varie stanze. Due busti di un noto scultore contemporaneo dominano una nicchia illuminata che fonde visivamente i due livelli.
Un passaggio in vetro porta all'area notte. Attraverso un ampio spogliatoio è possibile accedere alla camera matrimoniale e al bagno privato. Un pannello luminoso richiama Mayakovski con lettere a forma libera che invitano alla serenità delle parole ed alle note della colonna sonora di "A dream is a wish your heart makes" di Cenerentola. Le lampade in tessuto sono creazioni futuristiche di Paola Napoleone.
Dalla camera matrimoniale si accede a un cortile con piante rampicanti, dotato di una fontana romana proveniente dagli scavi della ristrutturazione. Comode poltrone di design con tavoli permettono agli ospiti di godere di un angolo privato nel cuore della capitale. La seconda camera da letto, più intima anch'essa dotata di bagno privato.
Scendendo le scale in cristallo, troviamo a destra un'area benessere dove è possibile rilassarsi dopo un caldo hammam o un idromassaggio nella vasca adiacente.
La sala da pranzo si trova nello stesso ambiente arioso e luminoso con un'insegna bar degli anni '50 in stile Pop che invita gli ospiti al relax. Il tavolo sembra essere magicamente sospeso sulla gamba inclinata ed è circondato dalle sedie Louis Ghost di Starck.
Sei canne di bambù ed una credenza degli anni '50 delimitano l'area pranzo. Un passaggio aperto ci porta a uno studio in cui un divano letto matrimoniale può ospitare comodamente il quinto e sesto ospite. Da qui si accede al cortile per rilassarsi in una stanza a forma di uovo. Infine, altre due camere con due bagni, possono essere utilizzate per accogliere gli ospiti.
L’immobile è dotato di videocitofono, riscaldamento a pavimento e sistema di raffreddamento con scambio d'aria costante, mini piscina con idromassaggio, hammam ed area benessere. Inoltre sono presenti smart TV, frigorifero con distributore di ghiaccio, sistemi audio in tutte le stanze, Wifi ed allarme.
