Rimossi i controsoffitti, tutti i tramezzi, eliminate le tamponature e descialbate le pareti sono stati riportati alla luce i soffitti lignei, riscoperti i collegamenti interni originali e liberati gli antichi intonaci, sono riapparsi alcuni frammenti di un decoro di uccelli, cornici e sotto finestre a finti marmi un frammento di un paesaggio lacustre. Questo restauro, oltre a rappresentare un valore importante, ha regalato un’atmosfera davvero speciale. L’attuale uso come laboratorio - atelier per la creazione artigianale di oggetti e manufatti realizzati con preziosi e colorati tessuti può, facilmente essere sostituito con l’uso residenziale previsto originariamente.
