The apartment we are highlighting today grants access via Via Centane through a private gate, leading to a small external courtyard, bordered by a delightful garden and storage rooms. Adjacent to the courtyard, a brick staircase ascends to the upper floor, where the entrance to the apartment awaits.
Upon crossing the threshold, you will be greeted by spacious interiors exuding elegance. Vaulted ceilings and 19th-century ceramic floors instill a sense of grandeur. The property, though requiring some renovation works, boasts two generously-sized bedrooms. One bedroom features a large window overlooking the enchanting entrance courtyard, while the other boasts an intimate panoramic balcony with captivating sea views. En franchissant le seuil, vous serez accueillis par des intérieurs spacieux empreints d'élégance. Les plafonds voûtés et les sols en céramique du XIXe siècle insufflent un sentiment de grandeur. La propriété, bien que nécessitant quelques travaux de rénovation, dispose de deux chambres aux dimensions généreuses. Sulla magnifica isola dei limoni, Procida, è ubicato questa dimora storica all’interno del famoso “Palazzo Guarracino”, edificato nell’Ottocento, che divenne poi dimora prescelta del Re Ferdinando per le sue battute di caccia. Il palazzo recentemente ristrutturato per quanto concerne la facciata esterna, si presenta su tre livelli e suddiviso in più unità abitative con accessi indipendenti. All’appartamento si accede da Via Centane attraverso un cancello privato che immette in una piccola corte esterna, delimitata da una parte, da un giardino e piccoli locali deposito e dall’altra, dalla scala in muratura che conduce al piano superiore dove vi è l’ingresso dell’appartamento. Una volta varcata la soglia si rimane colpiti dai grandi spazi interni, caratterizzati dai soffitti a volte e dai pavimenti in ceramica del XIX sec. L'immobile, che necessità di lavori di ristrutturazione, si presenta con due grandi camere da letto, di cui una con un’ampia finestra sulla corte d’ingresso e l’altra con un intimo balcone panoramico sul mare. Nella parte centrale della casa troviamo il soggiorno, anch’esso con balcone vista mare ed inoltre con diretto accesso al terrazzo esterno, dove si gode di una vista meravigliosa sulla Baia del Carbonchio e sull’isola di Capri. Il terrazzo, perla dell'appartamento, ha una superficie di circa 42 mq. In un angolo è posizionata la bocca di un vecchio pozzo completamente rivestito in antiche piastrelle. Sullo stesso terrazzo affaccia anche la cucina consentendo così di poter sfruttare comodamente questo spazio esterno per pranzi e cene con ospiti. A completamento degli interni della casa vi è un ampio bagno. La posizione è molto tranquilla e gode di un'ottima esposizione al sole. Tutti i principali punti di interesse, come il porto turistico e commerciale, le spiagge e il centro con i negozi e i ristoranti tipici, sono facilmente raggiungibili.
