Beautiful holiday villa with private garden, located in a spectacular position on the Portofino peninsula, just a 5 minute walk from the famous square and the port.
The property boasts private access to the sea and breathtaking views (both sea and garden view). Surrounded by the greenery of nature, it guarantees maximum privacy to its guests.
Among the outdoor spaces, we find: a large terrace shaded by a centuries-old wisteria, an outdoor dining area, a relaxation area with umbrella and a solarium with sun loungers, to relax while enjoying the beautiful sea view and the surrounding landscape.
From the entrance gate to the villa you have to go down 39 steps while from the villa to the solarium there are 23 steps.
Guests also have access to a private rock platform from where they can sunbathe and take a dip in the blue sea. To reach the rock platform, you have to go down 180 steps.
The property, spread over 2 floors and tastefully furnished, can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There is also an additional single bedroom (at an additional cost).
Ground floor: In the basement there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (which can be divided into two single beds) and ensuite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have a beautiful view of the sea.
First floor: We are welcomed by a large and bright living room with white sofas and French windows that allow direct access to the outdoor patio. Next is a formal dining room with a wooden table for 10 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The sleeping area consists of: 1 bedroom with double bed (not divisible), ensuite bathroom with bathtub and garden view; 2 bedrooms with double bed (which can be divided into two single beds). Only 3 bedrooms have a sea view, while the fourth has a garden view.
Along the corridor there are 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and shower.
Air conditioning is present in the 5 double bedrooms.
Please note that this villa is only accessible by foot, and is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. A private elevator connects the port with the pedestrian street that leads to the nearby lighthouse. The villa is about 10 minutes (300 meters) walk from the village center if you use the elevator that connects the port to the walking path, and 20 minutes without the elevator.
Private parking is not available. If you have a car, you can park it in one of the private garages near the square of Portofino.

Piano terra: Al piano seminterrato troviamo 2 camere con letto matrimoniale (divisibile in due letti singoli) e bagno ensuite con doccia. Entrambe le camere godono di una splendida vista sul mare.
Primo piano: Ad accoglierci un ampio e luminoso soggiorno con divani bianchi e porte finestre che permettono l'accesso diretto al patio esterno. A seguire troviamo una sala da pranzo formale con tavolo in legno per 10 persone, e una cucina totalmente attrezzata con frigo, forno, lavastoviglie e microonde.
La zona notte è formata da: 1 camera con letto matrimoniale (non divisibile), bagno ensuite con vasca e vista sul giardino; 2 camere con letto matrimoniale (divisibile in due letti singoli).
Inoltre, 1 camera supplementare è disponibile per 1 ospite come extra.
Solo 3 camere da letto hanno la vista sul mare, mentre la quarta ha vista sul giardino.
