Borgo d'Orcia is located in the center of a well know Wine Estate, situated in the renowned area of the Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO HERITAGE SITE. Perfect for wine tasting in the Winery or discover the surrounding hills and idillic villages, lounging at the poolside for a true retreat and an authentic Tuscan experience.
Borgo d'Orcia can host up to 18 people in 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
The main villa, renewed in 2019 is divided in a north and a south wing.
The North wing has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor with the main living room, dining room and modern kitchen on the ground floor.
Large picture window doors open onto the garden where guests can enjoy an evening cocktail or read a book while looking out to an incomparable glimpse of Montalcino. A large covered patio, or pergola, is set up for dining enjoyment along with a wood barbecue area.
The southern wing has an amazing Tuscan atmosphere with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room with wood fireplace and a large Tuscan style kitchen. The Borgo is the perfect spot for your Yoga retreat, with his own dedicated shala yoga (not heated) completely immersed in this 600 hectare bio protected estate.
A guest house full of charm completes the Borgo, with the upper floor designed as a loft with a wonderful master bedroom and bathroom. On the ground floor a beautiful living room with a stone and brick fireplace makes the atmosphere warm and cozy. Also on the ground floor a double bedroom with bathroom enjoys a special view of the olive grove and pool, just situated below the cottage.
Within the estate, guests can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool in the center of the borgo's garden with a unique view of the valley overlooking the olive grove, or enjoy a private wine tasting at the Cantina. An in-villa dining service or a self-made barbecue night can be perfect at the end of the day while enjoying an aperitivo with a lovely glass of Fiamma Rosé. Table Tennis and Basketball nets are available to add to your evening enjoyment.

L'aile nord comprend 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains au premier étage, tandis que le salon principal, la salle à manger et la cuisine moderne se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée.
De grandes portes panoramiques s'ouvrent sur le jardin où les clients peuvent déguster un cocktail en soirée ou lire un livre tout en admirant une vue incomparable sur Montalcino. Un grand patio couvert est aménagé pour les plaisirs culinaires, ainsi qu'un espace barbecue en bois.
L'aile sud présente une extraordinaire atmosphère toscane avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains, un grand salon avec cheminée à bois et une grande cuisine de style toscan. Le Borgo est le lieu idéal pour votre retraite de yoga, avec son shala de yoga (non chauffé) entièrement immergé dans ce domaine biologique protégé de 600 hectares.
Une charmante maison d'hôtes complète le Borgo, l'étage supérieur étant conçu comme un loft avec une magnifique chambre double et une salle de bains. Au rez-de-chaussée, un beau salon avec une cheminée en pierre et en brique rend l'atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante. Toujours au rez-de-chaussée, une chambre double avec salle de bains jouit d'une vue particulière sur l'oliveraie et la piscine, juste en dessous du cottage.
Au sein du domaine, les clients peuvent profiter d'une belle piscine au centre du jardin avec une vue unique sur la vallée, surplombant l'oliveraie, ou profiter d'une dégustation de vin privée à la Cantina. Un service de traiteur dans la villa ou une soirée barbecue faite par soi-même peuvent être parfaits en fin de journée, tout en appréciant un apéritif avec un délicieux verre de Fiamma Rosé. Une table de ping-pong et des filets de basket sont disponibles pour agrémenter vos soirées.

Il Borgo è il luogo perfetto per il tuo ritiro Yoga, con il suo shala yoga dedicato (non riscaldato) completamente immerso in questa tenuta bio protetta di 600 ettari.
Una guest house ricca di fascino completa il Borgo, con il piano superiore pensato come un soppalco con una meravigliosa camera matrimoniale e bagno. Al piano terra un bellissimo soggiorno con camino in pietra e mattoni rende l'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Sempre al piano terra una camera matrimoniale con bagno gode di una vista speciale sull'uliveto e sulla piscina, proprio sotto il cottage.
All'interno della tenuta, gli ospiti possono godere di una bellissima piscina al centro del giardino del borgo con una vista unica sulla valle che si affaccia sull'uliveto, o godere di una degustazione privata di vini presso la Cantina. Un servizio di ristorazione in villa o una serata barbecue fatta da sé possono essere perfetti alla fine della giornata mentre si gusta un aperitivo con un delizioso bicchiere di Fiamma Rosé. Le reti da ping pong e da basket sono disponibili per aggiungere al vostro divertimento serale.
