The vineyard covers an area of 35 hectares and is rooted in soil composed of both clay and limestone, as well as clay and gravel. This unique soil composition gives the grapes unique characteristics that are reflected in the wines produced.

Situated to the east of Bordeaux, in the charming commune of Sadirac, the vineyard enjoys a privileged location within the renowned Bordeaux wine region.

The vineyard's grape varieties are carefully selected to create exceptional wines. With 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc, the grape varieties have been chosen to best express the terroir and offer a rich, well-balanced range of flavours".
