Ostuni

Surrounded by luxuriant Apulian olive groves, in the countryside around Ostuni, a charming fortified tower farmhouse that has been renovated preserving its ancient flavour. The central building stands on the large hypogean oil mill excavated in the rock and still well preserved, adjacent to an ancient chapel with frescoes. The ground floor of the dwelling offers three large rooms with windows overlooking the garden and inner courtyard. On the upper floor are five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study, living room and kitchen with direct access to the large level terrace from which one can enjoy the sea view. Not far away is the fenced citrus grove with the old stables that have been recently renovated and divided into six rooms with en-suite bathroom and covered veranda.The property land, mainly olive groves, extends for about 30 hectares. Inside, there is a ravine with man-made caves dug into the rock and formerly used to shelter animals or the shepherds themselves. The context in which Masseria is located is that of old renovated masserias, only ten minutes by car from the centre of Ostuni.

Entourée d'oliviers luxuriants des Pouilles, dans la campagne d'Ostuni, se trouve cette charmante ferme-tour fortifiée qui a été rénovée en préservant son saveur ancienne. Le bâtiment central se dresse sur le grand moulin à huile hypogé creusé dans la roche et encore bien conservé, à côté d'une ancienne chapelle ornée de fresques. Le rez-de-chaussée de l'habitation offre trois grandes pièces avec fenêtres donnant sur le jardin et la cour intérieure. A l'étage supérieur se trouvent cinq chambres, deux salles de bains, un bureau, un salon et une cuisine avec accès direct à la grande terrasse d'où l'on peut profiter de la vue mer. Non loin de là se trouve la plantation d'agrumes clôturée avec les anciennes écuries récemment rénovées et divisées en six chambres avec salle de bains privative et véranda couverte. Le terrain de la propriété, principalement des oliveraies, s'étend sur environ 30 hectares. À l'intérieur, il y a un ravin avec des grottes artificielles creusées dans la roche et autrefois utilisées pour abriter les animaux ou les bergers eux-mêmes. Le contexte dans lequel se situe Masseria est celui des anciennes "masserie" rénovées, à seulement dix minutes en voiture du centre d'Ostuni.

Il piano terra dell’abitazione offre tre grandi sale con vetrate vista giardino e cortile interno, al piano superiore cinque camere, due bagni, studio, soggiorno e cucina con accesso diretto al grande terrazzo a livello da cui si gode la vista del mare. Poco distante l’agrumeto recintato con annesse le antiche stalle recentemente ristrutturate e suddivise in sei camere con bagno en-suite e veranda coperta. Il terreno di proprietà, principalmente oliveto, si estende per circa 30 ettari. Al suo interno una gravina con grotte antropiche scavate nella roccia e anticamente destinate al ricovero di animali o degli stessi pastori. Il contesto in cui sorge la Masseria è di antiche masserie ristrutturate a soli dieci minuti di auto dal centro di Ostuni.
