Villa Peperoncino was designed by Andrew Trotter Studio and was built with local materials and using traditional construction methods.
The villa is surrounded by a hectare of garden with olive and almond trees and enjoys a wonderful sea view from the roof terrace. In addition to the swimming pool there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood-burning oven and an external relaxation area.
There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the main bedroom has its own veranda with private garden and outdoor shower.
The second bedroom ha a large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.
The other two bedrooms are double (one with a king bed and one with two twin beds) and shar a bathroom.
The outbuilding, called "lamia", houses the last bedroom.
In the basement there is a cinema area.
The minimum stay is 3 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season.
Villa Peperoncino è stata progettata dallo studio di Andrew Trotter e costruita con materiali locali e usando metodi tradizionali di costruzione.
La villa è circondata da un ettaro di giardino con ulivi e mandorli e gode di una meravigliosa vista mare dalla terrazza sul tetto. Oltre alla piscina sono presenti una cucina esterna con barbecue e forno a legna e zona relax eterna.
Sono presenti 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni, la camera padronale ha la propria veranda con giardino privato e doccia esterna.
La seconda camera da letto ha un grande bagno con doccia e vasca, le altre due camere sono una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli e condividono il bagno.
La dependance, detta "lamia", ospita l'ultima camera da letto.
Al piano seminterrato è presente una zona cinema.
La permanenza minima è 3 notti in bassa stagione e 7 notti in alta stagione.
