In the valley crossed by the Trebbia river, In the northern Italy, in this uncontaminated corner of Emilia Romagna, we find a village with watchtower that rises to dominate the valley. The restoration of the structures was carried out preserving the charm of the original architecture.
The Relais currently offers 19 rooms and a wellness center of around 1.200 sqm, a swimming pool, hydromassage, sauna and shift bathroom, 7 treatment cabins and a fitness room in addition to the lounge area.
You can appreciate the panoramic terrace with the second swimming pool outside.
The wellness center is connected to the hotel by an elevator inside a turret which also gives access to the ground floor through an original panoramic glass tunnel. The restaurant, the strong point of the structure obtained in the cellar rooms and the conference room can accommodate at least 50 people over 5 lounges.
The village is surrounded by approximately 27 hectares of land, 6 of which are vineyards, there is also an agricultural farmhouse.

Im Tal, das vom Fluss Trebbia durchflossen wird, in Norditalien, in dieser unberührten Ecke der Emilia Romagna, finden wir ein Dorf mit einem Wachturm, der sich über das Tal erhebt. Bei der Restaurierung der Bauwerke wurde der Charme der ursprünglichen Architektur bewahrt. Das Relais verfügt derzeit über 19 Zimmer und ein rund 1.200 qm großes Wellnesscenter, ein Schwimmbad, Hydromassage, Sauna und Schichtbad, 7 Behandlungskabinen und einen Fitnessraum zusätzlich zum Loungebereich. Sie können die Panoramaterrasse mit dem zweiten Swimmingpool im Freien genießen. Das Wellnesscenter ist mit dem Hotel durch einen Aufzug in einem Turm verbunden, der auch durch einen originalen Panorama-Glastunnel Zugang zum Erdgeschoss bietet. Das Restaurant, die Stärke der erhaltenen Struktur in den Kellerräumen und im Konferenzraum bietet in 5 Aufenthaltsräumen Platz für mindestens 50 Personen. Das Dorf ist von ca. 27 Hektar Land umgeben, davon 6 Hektar Weinberge, außerdem gibt es ein landwirtschaftliches Bauernhaus. E' presente un centro benessere di circa 1.200 mq, con piscina, idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turno, 7 cabine per i trattamenti e sala fitness oltre alla zona lounge. In estate si può apprezzare all’esterno la terrazza panoramica con la seconda piscina. Il centro benessere è collegato all’hotel da un ascensore all’interno di una torretta che da accesso anche al piano terra mediante un originale tunnel di vetro panoramico. Il ristorante è il punto di forza della struttura ricavato nelle sale delle cantine e la sala congressi possono ospitare almeno 50 persone oltre 5 salotti per momenti di relax, ogni spazio pensato per organizzare eventi privati e aziendali. Il borgo è circondata da terreni di proprietà di circa 27 ettari di cui 6 a vigneto, vi è inoltre una cascina agricola, i terreni adiacenti alla struttura sono in parte edificabili.
