In one of the most beautiful landscape areas, the Regional Park Santa Maria di Leuca - Otranto – Bosco di Tricase, and just 400 meters far from the sea, we propose 2 Villas facing the sea in a Garden of 2,000 square meters, rich in typical Mediterranean plants, which slopes towards the sea. - the Large sea view Villa, of 260 square meters, develops on two levels: the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, a porch leads to the Living Room with the Kitchen. The two rooms are separated by a hallway on the left, which leads to the three double Bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and a Bathroom. Outside there are two terraces, one of which is covered on the back, and one uncovered on the front of the Villa. On this terrace you can make a Pergola to have a little bit of shade. From there you can enjoy the sea view in total relax.
The external staircase situated outside, next to the living room, leads you to the first floor. The stairs end at a covered veranda, which allows the access to the entrance of the open space Living Room with Kitchenette. Beyond the Living area, there is a small Bathroom that can be extended. From the living room, a hallway leads to the two double Bedrooms and another Bathroom. A long balcony runs along the front of the villa overlooking the sea.
