Im gepflegten, automatisch bewässerten Garten und Obstgarten, zu dem jede Wohnung direkten Zugang hat, gibt es einen Salzwasserpool mit Blick auf die Felder und einen separaten Umkleideraum. Nur einen Steinwurf vom Haupthaus entfernt befinden sich die Ställe, der 20 x 40 m große Reitplatz und die Paddocks. Die Ställe verfügen über 7 Pferdestall, eine Sattelkammer, ein Badezimmer und einen großen Lagerraum sowie Photovoltaik-Paneele auf dem Dach, die Strom liefern, teilweise für das Grundstück, teilweise für den Verkauf an das Stromnetz.
Das unberührte und malerische Land ist leicht zu bewältigen und besteht hauptsächlich aus Weide- und Ackerland mit einigen Weinbergen und Wäldern.
This working agriturismo in the heart of the Cesane Park, just a few minutes from the medieval city of Urbino, is an authentic Italian rural idyll. Stunning landscape and a beautifully restored, large rambling farmhouse with approximately 24 Ha of land.
Guests can choose from 5 apartments in the main house, each with its own kitchen/diner and independent entrance. The owner's accommodation, the largest of all, has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a very comfortable open plan kitchen drawing room.
In the well tended, automatically irrigated, garden and orchard, which can be directly accessed by each apartment, there is a saltwater pool with views across the fields and a separate changing room. Just a stone's throw from the main house, are the stables, the 20m X 40m riding arena and paddocks. The stables have 7 boxes, a saddle room, a bathroom and plenty of extra storage room as well as photovoltaic panels on the roof that provide electricity, some for the property and some that is sold to the grid.
The unspoiled and picturesque land is easily managed and consists mainly of pasture and arable with some vineyards and woodland.

A deux pas de la maison principale, se trouvent les écuries, le manège de 20m X 40m et les paddocks. Les écuries ont 7 boxes, une sellerie, une salle de bains et de nombreux rangements supplémentaires ainsi que des panneaux photovoltaïques sur le toit qui fournissent de l'électricité, certains pour la propriété et d'autres qui sont vendus au réseau.
La terre préservée et pittoresque est facile à gérer et se compose principalement de pâturages et de terres arables avec quelques vignes et bois.

Gli ospiti possono scegliere tra 5 appartamenti nella casa principale, ognuno con la propria cucina abitabile e ingresso indipendente. L'alloggio del proprietario, il più grande di tutti, dispone di 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni e un salotto cucina open space molto confortevole.
Nel giardino e nel frutteto ben curati, irrigati automaticamente, a cui ogni appartamento può accedere direttamente, c'è una piscina di acqua salata con vista sui campi e uno spogliatoio separato. A due passi dalla casa principale si trovano le scuderie, il maneggio di 20m X 40m e i paddock. Le scuderie dispongono di 7 box, una selleria, un bagno e un ampio ripostiglio oltre a pannelli fotovoltaici sul tetto che forniscono energia elettrica, parte per la proprietà e parte venduta alla rete.
Il terreno incontaminato e pittoresco è facilmente gestibile ed è costituito principalmente da pascolo e seminativo con alcuni vigneti e bosco.
