Description
Podere Quercia is a stunning property set in the Val d'Orcia. From the house and from the infinity swimming pool one can enjoy breath-taking views over the Tuscan country side and the town of Montalcino. The house has been totally restored and refurbished to a very high standard with a tasteful combination of antique furniture and modern comfort, such as air-conditioning in all the rooms and a small gym.
All the rooms have their own bathroom and are air-conditioned. Three of the four bedrooms are in the main house and a fourth bedroom is in the annex. This annex has a little kitchen with a small fridge, water, a water cooker and a coffee maker. Also you will find a little terrace with two chairs and a table where you can sit and enjoy the view overlooking the valley all the way up to Montalcino. The kitchen is very well equipped with two dishwashers, an oven, microwave, and various kitchen machinery, as well as two refrigerators and one freezer. There is an office space with a printer available and in the one of the annexes you will find a washing machine and a dryer as well as space to dry and iron your clothes.
As a pass-time you can walk around the property. The village is approximately 5-10 minutes away by car where you can find a few shops and restaurants. The area is wonderful for cycling and hiking if you would want to, or to explore the most beautiful small towns throughout the Val d'Orcia, such as Montalcino, Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni and ofcourse Siena, with it's famous Piazza del Campo and the Duomo.

Podere Quercia est une magnifique propriété située dans le Val d'Orcia. Le village est à environ 5-10 minutes en voiture où vous pouvez trouver quelques magasins et restaurants. Une situation merveilleuse pour s'adonner aux balades à vélo et à la randonnée, ou comme point de départ pour explorer les plus belles villes de tout le Val d'Orcia, comme Montalcino, Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni et, bien sûr, Sienne, avec sa célèbre Piazza del Campo et son Duomo.

Podere Quercia è una splendida proprietà situata nella Val d'Orcia. Dalla casa e dalla piscina a sfioro si può godere di una vista mozzafiato sulla campagna toscana e sulla città di Montalcino. La casa è stata completamente restaurata e ristrutturata secondo uno standard molto elevato con una combinazione di mobili antichi e comfort moderni, come l'aria condizionata in tutte le camere e una piccola palestra.
Tutte le camere hanno il proprio bagno e sono dotate di aria condizionata. Tre delle quattro camere da letto sono nella casa principale e una quarta camera da letto è nella dependance. Questo annesso ha una piccola cucina con un piccolo frigorifero, acqua, un bollitore e una macchina per il caffè. Inoltre troverete una piccola terrazza con due sedie e un tavolo dove potrete sedervi e godervi la vista che domina la valle fino a Montalcino. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata con due lavastoviglie, un forno, forno a microonde e vari macchinari da cucina, oltre a due frigoriferi e un congelatore.
