Villa 4 Imperatori is located in the extraordinary setting of Marina Piccola on the southern part of the Island of Capri. Built in the 1930's, the villa has an incomparable charm with its busts of Tiberius, Marcus Aurelius, Cesar Augustus and Nero emerging from the terraces, its numerous archeological treasures embedded in the facade and its eclectic collection of objects, ceramics, books. It combines elegance, comfort and simplicity.
The house totals 175m2 and consists of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 with a view, 1 with no view but benefiting from a private roof terrace and shower with a view) with en-suite bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, plus a storage and a laundry room. The housekeeper cleans every day in the mid-afternoon for 2 hours and takes care of the laundry.
The house is surrounded by 350 m2 of terraces spread over 2 levels, a garden of 60m2, and a pool of 28m2.
The property faces South and receives full sun from the early morning till 3:00 pm. It is then shaded by Mount Solaro after that, allowing the house to refresh.
Guests of the villa will mostly spend the day on the large outside terraces, in the small shaded garden and in the pool, as the view is breathtaking, a real postcard with the famous Faraglioni in the background. There are plenty of tables, chairs, lounge chairs and sofas to eat, read, debate, dream and sleep. The pool disinfection system is salt-based, chlorine free. Staff comes twice a week in the early morning to discretely clean and maintain.
The vaulted ceilings living room, dining room and kitchen all benefit from the same breathtaking view. As a family home, the house has all the expected amenities: a small but fully equipped kitchen, elegant still simple furniture, ceramics, art and books.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Two benefit from the exceptional view, with a direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom has no view (window to a small inside courtyard) but in exchange benefits from a private roof terrace with an outside shower and the view.
All three bedrooms have their en-suite bathroom, comfortable queen size beds, air-conditioning, and are furnished with the 'well-bred' taste of the owners.
The fourth bedroom on the roof terrace is the owner's favorite. It has the same characteristics as the other bedrooms, with that poetic charm of being a bit closer to the sky.
The house is located 5 minutes' walk to the roundabout of the Due Golfi, and 15 minutes' walk from the Piazzetta. It is accessible by bike (4 electrical bikes are at disposal) or rented motorbike, and by taxi.
A good Wi-Fi system is in place, but Capri is lagging in terms of fiber connectivity so expect easy videoconferences and calls, but slow movie loading.
Please note: the home is not appropriate for small children, the terraces and the pool do not offer sufficient protection against accidental falls.

La propriété allie élégance, confort et simplicité.
Avec ses 175m2, la maison se compose d'un salon, d'une salle à manger, d'une cuisine, de 4 chambres avec salle de bain privée, une salle de bain pour les invités, ainsi que d'une buanderie. La femme de ménage nettoie tous les jours en milieu d'après-midi pendant 2 heures.
La maison est entourée de 350 m2 de terrasses réparties sur 2 niveaux, d'un jardin de 60m2 et d'une piscine de 28m2. Orientée plein sud, elle profite du soleil tôt le matin jusqu'à 15h00, puis est ensuite ombragé par le mont Solaro, ce qui permet à la maison de se rafraîchir.
Les clients de la villa passeront surtout la journée sur les grandes terrasses extérieures, dans le petit jardin ombragé et au bord de la piscine d’eau salée, car la vue est à couper le souffle avec les célèbres Faraglioni en arrière-plan. Le personnel vient deux fois par semaine tôt le matin pour nettoyer et entretenir discrètement la piscine.
Les plafonds voûtés du salon, de la salle à manger et de la cuisine bénéficient tous de la même vue imprenable. Comme une maison familiale, la maison dispose de toutes les commodités prévues : une charmante cuisine entièrement équipée, des meubles élégants et épurés, de la céramique, de l'art et des livres. Trois chambres sont situées au rez-de-chaussée, parmi lesquelles deux bénéficient d'une vue exceptionnelle, avec un accès direct à la terrasse. La troisième chambre n'a pas de vue mais bénéficie d'une terrasse privée sur le toit avec douche extérieure et vue. Toutes ont des lots queen size et la climatisation.
La maison est située à 5 minutes à pied du rond-point des Deux Golfs et à 15 minutes à pied de la Piazzetta, aussi accessibles en vélo (4 vélos électriques sont disponibles).
Il y a un bon système Wi-Fi, mais Capri est en retard en termes de connectivité fibre, alors attendez-vous à des vidéoconférences et à des appels faciles, mais à un chargement lent des films. Veuillez noter que la maison ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants, les terrasses et la piscine n'offrent pas une protection suffisante.

La casa ammonta a 175m2 ed è composta da un soggiorno, una sala da pranzo, una cucina, 4 camere da letto (3 con vista, 1 senza vista ma beneficia di una terrazza privata sul tetto e doccia con vista) con bagno privato, 1 bagno per gli ospiti, oltre a un ripostiglio e una lavanderia. La governante pulisce ogni giorno a metà pomeriggio per 2 ore.
La casa è circondata da 350 m2 di terrazze distribuite su 2 livelli, un giardino di 60m2 e una piscina di 28m2.
La struttura si affaccia a sud e riceve pieno sole dalla mattina presto fino alle 15:00. Viene poi ombreggiato dal Monte Solaro, permettendo alla casa di rinfrescarsi.
Gli ospiti della villa trascorreranno per lo più la giornata sulle ampie terrazze esterne, nel piccolo giardino ombreggiato e in piscina, poiché la vista è mozzafiato, una vera cartolina con i famosi Faraglioni sullo sfondo. Ci sono tanti tavoli, sedie, sedie a sdraio e divani per mangiare, leggere, discutere, sognare e dormire. Il sistema di disinfezione della piscina è a base di sale, privo di cloro. Il personale viene due volte a settimana al mattino presto per pulire e mantenere discretamente.
I soffitti a volta nel soggiorno, nella sala da pranzo e nella cucina beneficiano tutti della stessa vista mozzafiato. Come una casa di famiglia, la casa ha tutti i comfort previsti: una piccola ma completamente attrezzata cucina, mobili eleganti ancora semplici, ceramiche, arte e libri. Tre camere da letto si trovano al piano terra. Due beneficiano della vista eccezionale, con un accesso diretto alla terrazza. La terza camera da letto non ha vista ma in cambio beneficia di una terrazza privata sul tetto con doccia esterna e vista.
Tutte e tre le camere hanno un bagno privato, comodi letti queen size, e aria condizionata. La quarta camera da letto sulla terrazza sul tetto è la preferita del proprietario. Ha le stesse caratteristiche delle altre camere da letto, con quel fascino poetico di essere un po' più vicino al cielo.
La casa si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla rotonda dei Due Golfi e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Piazzetta. È raggiungibile in bicicletta (4 biciclette elettriche sono a disposizione) o moto a noleggio, e in taxi.
È presente un buon sistema Wi-Fi, ma Capri è in ritardo in termini di connettività in fibra, quindi aspettatevi videoconferenze e chiamate facili, ma un caricamento lento dei film.
Nota bene: la casa non è adatta ai bambini piccoli, le terrazze e la piscina non offrono una protezione sufficiente.
