VILLA JURA

The villa is distributed over two levels. All the bedrooms are designed to maximize their sea view position and to allow easy access to outside areas. The main entrance on the upper floor leads to the bright open living area and the eat-in kitchen.
The roof garden is perfectly enjoyable with a sun deck and a breathtaking view.
The terraces measure a total of approximately 500 m2.

The living area is furnished with contemporary pieces gathered around an elegant fireplace, while the focal point of the contemporary eat-in kitchen is an antique Indian teak cabinet that doubles as an island. Large glass windows in each of these areas open onto the surrounding terrace offering stunning views.

A hallway leads from the living area to the two double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and to a second bathroom. Both bedrooms have sea views and large glass doors that access the terrace.

VILLA KAIKI

Villa Kaiki owes its name to the typical Greek boats with wooden structure, covered by a large white awning to allow for shade.
It has a contemporary all-metal structure with floor-to-ceiling windows and it develops into two distinct parts of the building (living area and sleeping area) joined by a beautiful terrace of approx 200 sq m where there is a Jacuzzi.

The living area consists of a large living room with an open-plan kitchen with access to the spectacular terrace and a bathroom.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms.

There is a beautiful surrounding garden and grounds.

Despite its diminutive size, 14km long and 4km wide, Alonissos has an embarrassment of riches when it comes to beaches. Arguably the best ones are to be found along the east coast and on the southern tip. One such, just a 10-minute drive north, is Agios Dimitrios, whose splendid white sands and intense blue waters are irresistible. The north of the island also boasts some idyllic coves and beaches but most of these are only accessible by boat: an excellent reason to rent one for your stay.

Alonissos, its surrounding waters and minor islands, including Peristera, Kyra Panagia, Gioura, Psathoura, Piperi and Skantzoura, form the Alonissos Marine Park, the largest of its kind in Europe. Established in 1992, its 2,250km2 is home to a fascinating variety of flora, fauna, marine life (including Meditteranean monk seals) and unspoilt natural beauty.
