Un edificio di indubbio fascino, costruito sui confini dell’Accademia Arcadia, che vanta origini seicentesche. Un'origine di archeologia industriale che nasce per sfruttare le vecchie fonti romane e che ha visto diversi utilizzi nel corso degli anni. Attualmente la proprietà é adibita ad attività ricettiva, un boutique hotel con 7 accoglienti camere e ristorante. La proprietà dispone dell'esclusivo di spazi esterni per accogliere i propri ospiti.
