The building can be found in district VI, in the highly prestigious area of Terézváros located close to Andrássy street, as a World Heritage Site, in a nice environment. The infrastructural supply of this area is outstanding; it is easily accessible by public transport.

The building consists of two blocks: building ‘B’ on the front street and building ‘A’ in the backyard, these two buildings are technically separated.

The ’U’ ground floor building ‘B’ was presumably built in 1940, while the two-storey building ‘A’ other premises -accessible from the yard - was built in 1987.

Building „B” consists of 5 albets, 842 m2 altogether. Based on preliminary survey two more levels can be built on the building, the total footprint of real estate ‘A’ is 912 m2 altogether.

Building ‘A’: does not have any independent utility supply, heating and utility supply connected a neighboring real estate. The special design of the building reflects the previous functions.
