Villa Sanz is luxurious beachside four bedroom villa perfectly located in a gated community just a short walk from the beach and in the Golden Mile, one of the best areas of Marbella.  It is also only a five minute drive from Puerto Banus. The villa is situated in a quiet and protected neighbourhood surrounded by other luxury properties. The property which can sleep up to 10 guests will overwhelm you with its timeless elegance and luxurious interior.

Villa Sanz was designed by renowned and awarded experts and is decorated with superior quality materials and décor. The first wow factor starts even before entering the property when you are welcomed by a large vertical garden which is spreading its natural and lavish greenery across the façade.

At the entrance of the property you are surrounded by the gentle splashing of the infinity pool. The large terrace offers a cosy lounge as well as a large dining table. Sun loungers are well placed at the pool side together with a BBQ at the back for the garden for those longer Summer evenings. The pool which can be heated in the cooler months  is equipped with a counter current and has a large Jacuzzi area. It’s amazing depth of 4 metres and its large aquarium window allows you to swim by those relaxing in the cinema room in the basement.

Once you step into the hall, it broadens to an open plan living area which flows into the kitchen and dining area. The  six metre ceiling height will inspire you with a further vertical garden and  impressive floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a fully equipped state of the art Bulthaup kitchen and the dining area is a perfect place to enjoy meals within the cooler months

The basement offers a world of its own. You will find a large living area with a breathtaking panorama window to the pool, a private gym area, a bodega and a private SPA with sauna, steam bath and an indoor Jacuzzi.  The two bedrooms, each with an English patio and floor to ceiling windows, come with bathrooms en suite and built in wardrobes.

On the first floor which can be reached by the elevator, you will find another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and direct access to a covered balcony. The impressive south facing Master bedroom has a large open plan bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilette. It opens with floor-to-ceiling windows to a private balcony.

There is a solarium on the roof top terrace which will be one of your favourite spots to enjoy in the mornings or evenings. It offers another Jacuzzi, a large lounge area, an inviting Bali bed, an outdoor kitchen and a bar dining area. Surrounded by Mediterranean plants you can enjoy sea views as far as Gibraltar.

Villa Sanz is the perfect combination for a luxurious relaxing vacation and yet within easy access of all amenities. Within a two minute walk you can reach the beach, and a good selection of restaurants and shops are within five minutes' walking distance. Marbella centre is only a 1o minute walk.
