At the entrance of  Villa Sarabia, you are welcomed by a spacious courtyard which is surrounded by a tropical garden. Entering from the main door you step into the hall which broadens to an open plan living area which flows into the kitchen and dining area. With its floor to ceiling windows the inner space flows into the outer area and will inspire you with its exciting views to the garden and the pool area. The fully equipped state of the art kitchen invites to explore local recipes and the dining area is a perfect place to enjoy the meals within the cooler months or step out and enjoy al fresco meals during the rest of the year. The ground floor also offers the first bedroom and a bathroom. With the elevator you can easily access the rest of the house – from the bright basement to the sunny roof top terrace.

In the basement you will find a large and spacious living area with a lot of light which opens to the English patio. It offers a private gym area with an extra bathroom and a second kitchen for staff or to host events professionally. A large bedroom with an English patio comes along with a large bathroom ensuite and built in wardrobes.

On the first floor you will find another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large open plan windows facing the garden. The impressive Master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom and opens with floor-to-ceiling windows to a large private terrace.
