The ground floor is spacious, an open floorplan combines a fully equipped kitchen with the dining and living areas, thereby accommodating abundant natural light -all spaces are oriented so they face the golden seaside below.
The villa's three bedrooms with ensuites are either located upstairs or downstairs (according to the villa layout) and each have beautiful views. Two are deluxe bedrooms and one is a grand master bedroom.

Nichée dans un spectaculaire jardin sicilien, avec vue sur la mer, les Villa Seashells se développent sur deux étages, chacun donnant sur une grande piscine privée et la côte sud sicilienne en contrebas.
Le rez-de-chaussée est spacieux, un plan ouvert combine une cuisine entièrement équipée avec la salle à manger et le salon, accueillant ainsi beaucoup de lumière naturelle : tous les espaces sont orientés de manière à vivre en communion avec la mer.
Les trois chambres de la villa avec salle de bain privative sont situées à l'étage ou au rez-de-chaussée (selon la disposition de la villa) et chacune offre une vue magnifique. Deux sont des chambres doubles tandis que l’autre est une suite parentale.

Il piano terra è spazioso, una pianta aperta combina una cucina completamente attrezzata con le zone pranzo e soggiorno, accogliendo così abbondante luce naturale: tutti gli spazi sono orientati in modo da affrontare il mare dorato sottostante.
Le tre camere da letto della villa con bagno privato si trovano al piano di sopra o al piano di sotto (a seconda della disposizione della villa) e ognuna ha una splendida vista. Due sono camere da letto deluxe e una è una grande camera da letto principale.
