The outdoor and pool areas of these villas are a seamless continuation of the indoor living space, featuring plush chaise loungers, outdoor grill and expanded terraces.
Inside, the ground floor encompasses a spacious studio, living area, dining room and kitchen. Three of the four bedrooms are located upstairs on the first floor, each with en-suite bathrooms, king-sized beds and a commanding view over the coast. All bedrooms have a private outdoor terrace that provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining. The fourth bedroom enjoys all the features of a stylish master bedroom, and is detached from the rest of the villa to form a secluded haven with separate entrance.

Nichées dans un magnifique jardin sicilien, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer, les villas Seasands de quatre chambres sont réparties sur deux étages, chacune donnant sur une grande piscine privée et la côte sud sicilienne en contrebas.
L’espace extérieur de ces villas est en osmose avec les espaces intérieurs, dans un jeu de transparence et de coins de détente : chaises longues luxueuses, multiples terrasses spacieuses. À l'intérieur, le rez-de-chaussée comprend un grand bureau, un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine.
Trois des quatre chambres sont situées à l'étage du premier étage, chacune avec une salle de bain privative, des lits king-size et une vue imprenable sur la côte. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une terrasse extérieure privée offrant à chacun un endroit intime de détente en plein air. La quatrième chambre bénéficie de toutes les caractéristiques d'une élégante chambre double et est détachée du reste de la villa pour former un refuge isolé avec une entrée séparée.

Le aree esterne e della piscina di queste ville sono una continuazione senza soluzione di continuità dello spazio abitativo interno, caratterizzato da lussuose sedie a sdraio, grill all'aperto e terrazze ampliate.
All'interno, il piano terra comprende un ampio studio, zona giorno, sala da pranzo e cucina. Tre delle quattro camere da letto si trovano al piano superiore al primo piano, ciascuna con bagno privato, letti king-size e una vista imponente sulla costa. Tutte le camere hanno una terrazza esterna privata che offre il luogo perfetto per cenare all'aperto. La quarta camera gode di tutte le caratteristiche di un'elegante camera da letto matrimoniale, ed è staccata dal resto della villa per formare un rifugio appartato con ingresso separato.
