The ground floor is dedicated to serene and spacious living. An open floorplan combines a fully equipped kitchen with the dining and living areas, thereby accommodating abundant natural light -all spaces are oriented so they face the golden seaside below.
The villa's three bedrooms are either located upstairs or downstairs (according to the villa layout) and each have a beautiful view from which to admire the landscape. Two are deluxe bedrooms and one is a grand master bedroom. Enjoy sea-facing balconies, en-suite bathrooms and a warm interior that harmonizes with the Sicilian light. (Possibility of an extra bed)

In una splendida posizione con vista ininterrotta sul Mar Mediterraneo, Villa Seabreeze sorga tra i dolci pendii della soleggiata costa. Distribuito su due piani, ciascuno si affaccia su un'ampia piscina privata e sulla sottostante costa siciliana meridionale, nonché sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca di Sciacca.
Il piano terra è dedicato alla vita serena e spaziosa. Una pianta aperta combina una cucina completamente attrezzata con le zone pranzo e soggiorno, accogliendo così abbondante luce naturale: tutti gli spazi sono orientati in modo da affacciarsi sul mare dorato sottostante.
Le tre camere da letto della villa si trovano al piano di sopra o al piano di sotto (a seconda della disposizione della villa) e ognuna ha una bellissima vista da cui ammirare il paesaggio. Due sono camere da letto deluxe e una è una grande camera da letto principale. Goditi i balconi affacciati sul mare, i bagni privati '€‹'€‹e gli interni caldi che si armonizzano con la luce siciliana. (Possibilità di letto aggiunto)
