Ferry services to the Greek Islands from Brindisi port are just 20 minutes away. All around the estate there are a series of farms where you can taste and buy original and traditional products of the rich Salento cuisine.
Inside the farm there are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a guest bathroom, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The property is surrounded by a typical shrub oasis of Mediterranean scrub with more than 300 trees: centuries-old olive trees, as well as almond, fig, pomegranate, mulberry, prickly pear, apple, pear, lemon, plum and walnut trees, in addition to the garden of herbs.
The waterfall pool (5x8m) is entirely decorated with mosaics, heated, and with hydromassage. The pool has a shower. Bathrobes and towels are provided. In the pool area there is a seating area, with a large sofa, cushions, tables and umbrellas, where you can relax in the sun and enjoy a cocktail. On one side of the pool there is a bar entirely covered in Carrara marble and black Marquinia marble. The bar is equipped with a dishwasher, an ice machine and a fridge.

La propriété est entourée d'un jardin botanique méditerranéen typique avec plus de 300 variétés: oliviers centenaires, amandiers, figuiers, grenadiers, mûriers, pommiers, poiriers, citronniers, pruniers et noyers, et dispose aussi d’un jardin aromatique.
La piscine en cascade (5x8m) est entièrement décorée de mosaïques, chauffée et avec un bain à remous, et douche adjacente (peignoirs et serviettes fournis). Près de la piscine, il y a un coin détente avec un grand salon de jardin et des parasols, où vous pourrez vous prélasser et déguster un cocktail fraîchement préparé depuis le bar entièrement recouvert de marbre de Carrare et de marbre noir Marquinia adjacent. Le bar est équipé d'un lave-vaisselle, d'une machine à glaçons et d'un réfrigérateur.
L'avant de la villa dispose d'une véranda avec une grande table et des chaises, où vous pourrez déguster le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner. Et tout cela sans jamais perdre le contact avec la nature. Pour ceux qui recherchent une détente complète, un chef est disponible sur demande pour satisfaire tous les goûts. All'interno della masseria troviamo 2 camere da letto con bagno en suite, un bagno per gli ospiti, un ampio soggiorno con cucina completamente attrezzata. Gli interni sono di stile moderno, mobili di grande design, e offrono tutti i comfort (tv al plasma con connessione satellitare, wi-fi, aria condizionata e riscaldamento regolabili autonomamente, microonde, forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, bollitore per tè e caffè): ambienti esclusivi che ricreano un'atmosfera familiare, con un tocco di eleganza in più e una costante attenzione ai dettagli.
La proprietà è circondata da una tipica oasi arbustiva di macchia mediterranea con più di 300 alberi: ulivi secolari, oltre a mandorli, fichi, melograni, gelsi, fichi d'india, mele, peri, limoni, susini e noci, oltre al giardino delle erbe.
La piscina a cascata (5x8m) è decorata interamente con mosaici, riscaldata, e con idromassaggio. La piscina ha una doccia. Accappatoi e asciugamani sono forniti. Nell'area piscina c'è una zona salotto, con un grande divano, cuscini, tavoli e ombrelloni, dove ci si può rilassare al sole e gustare un cocktail. Ad un lato della piscina c'è un bar interamente rivestito in marmo di Carrara e marmo nero Marquinia. Il bar è dotato di una lavastoviglie, una macchina per il ghiaccio e un frigo.
La parte anteriore della villa ha una veranda con un grande tavolo e sedie, dove si può gustare la colazione, il pranzo e la cena. E tutto senza mai perdere il contatto con la natura. Per chi cerca il completo relax, uno chef è a disposizione su richiesta per soddisfare tutti i gusti.
