The verandah room at the front of the house is steeped in character with a rich variety of relaxing colours and a delightful venue for evening drinks or just relaxing with a book at any time of the year. The adjacent living room oozes comfort with gorgeous sofas, soft lighting and pianoforte and throughout the villa there is a fascinating collection of objets d'art and paintings. Each of the six bedrooms is spacious and enjoys en suite shower/bathrooms of the very highest standard. One of the bedrooms is conveniently situated on the ground floor with direct access onto the garden. Every comfort has been considered and each of the bedrooms enjoys its own colour scheme and dècor combining extremely tasteful colours with high quality furnishings.
The owner has lovingly created a beautiful home and has thought of every little detail. There is a fabulous selection of places to dine in Forte di Marmi as well as many prestigious shops and numerous open-air activities including the fabled weekly Wednesday market. Behind Forte di Marmi is the backdrop of the Apuan mountains (famous for the best marble in the world) with extensive walking trails. Nearby is the enchanting town of Pietrasanta and not far away glorious walled city of Lucca with its myriad of churches and delightful streets. Further up the coast are Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre whilst Florence is an easy train ride away.

Spacieux, il présente une fabuleuse piscine avec ses vestiaires savamment conçus, mais aussi un espace dînatoire extérieur avec deux grandes tables à manger, et des espaces de détente avec chaises longues, canapés et fauteuils confortables.
À l'intérieur, le propriétaire a créé avec goût des espaces ouverts, utilisant uniquement des éléments de haute qualité. Imaginée dans des tonalités relaxantes de bleus, blancs et d’osier, la décoration suit harmonieusement un style « maison de vacances ». Sa cuisine ultramoderne invite à des moments de partage, sa lumineuse véranda saura être l’endroit idéal pour prendre un verre le soir, tandis que le salon adjacent avec ses magnifiques canapés, lumières tamisées et son piano vous offrira un moment relaxant où vous pourrez contempler une fascinante collection d'objets d'art et de peintures. Chacune des six chambres est spacieuse, décorée avec goût, et bénéficie d'une salle de bains privative avec douche ou baignoire du plus haut niveau. L'une des chambres est située au rez-de-chaussée avec un accès direct au jardin.

Situata di fronte al mare, Villa Romano gode di un facile accesso alla spiaggia e di alcuni dei migliori "bagni" della zona, oltre ad avere il suo ampio giardino e una favolosa piscina con sala da pranzo all'aperto e aree relax. Ci sono due grandi tavoli per mangiare all'aperto, lettini di alta qualità, comodi divani e poltrone e persino spogliatoi chic sapientemente progettati!
All'interno, il proprietario ha creato in modo intricato e con gusto la casa sul mare più favolosa. Solo i migliori arredi ed elettrodomestici sono stati incorporati, e la cucina all'avanguardia è un sogno! La sala veranda nella parte anteriore della casa è immersa nel carattere con una ricca varietà di colori rilassanti e un luogo delizioso per un drink serale o semplicemente rilassarsi con un libro in qualsiasi momento dell'anno. Il soggiorno adiacente trasuda comfort con splendidi divani, luci soffuse e pianoforte e in tutta la villa c'è un'affascinante collezione di oggetti d'arte e dipinti. Ognuna delle sei camere da letto è spaziosa e gode di bagno privato con doccia / bagno di altissimo livello. Una delle camere da letto è situata al piano terra con accesso diretto al giardino. Ogni comfort è stato considerato e ognuna delle camere gode di una propria combinazione di colori e dècor combinando colori estremamente di buon gusto con arredi di alta qualità.
Il proprietario ha amorevolmente creato una bella casa e ha pensato ad ogni piccolo dettaglio.
