Villa Blue Dream, di nuovissima ristrutturazione, sorge su un ampio terreno perfettamente curato che conduce alle acque cristalline del Piccolo Pevero e regala ai suoi ospiti un panorama mozzafiato, diverso a seconda delle stagioni: tranquillo e naturale in alcune, più allegro e movimentato in altre. Durante la stagione estiva la baja è frequentata da molteplici imbarcazioni, che rallegrano con la loro presenza anche le serate più calde.
La struttura della proprietà è molto armoniosa e gode di una luminosità non comune, grazie alle ampie vetrate ed alle finiture prevalentemente bianche di pareti e pavimenti, alternate ad un arredamento caratterizzato da colori tenui, sapientemente miscelati dall’ elegante mano della proprietaria.
La casa, dotata di ogni comfort, dispone di 5 camere con bagno ed un ulteriore bagno ospiti; di un salone, con sala da pranzo; una cucina modernissima, con elettrodomestici di ultima generazione, e due camere staff, con tre letti e con bagno.
Gli spazi esterni rispecchiano lo stile e l’eleganza dell’interno e si dividono in varie aree relax: alcune scoperte più vicine al mare, altre riparate da tende a vela o da un tipico ombrellone in paglia; un’area barbecue con zona pranzo ed un’imperdibile zona jacuzzi in riva al mare completano la proprietà.
Non lontana dalla villa principale c’è anche una bella dependance con camera, cabina armadio e bagno. Anch’essa gode di una superba vista e di accesso diretto al mare.
Per gli ospiti è prevista un’area parcheggio per quattro/cinque auto.
