The Villa is surrounded by a lovely terrace paved one meter above the below garden which is characterized by centuries-old carob trees, palms, olive trees, myrtus, buxus and pittosforum.
On the ground-floor the spacious living-room is furnished with antique and design pieces, as well as an ancient Carrara marble chimney place. In the elegant dining-room 8 people may sit around the square table. The large and beautiful kitchen is well equipped with all sorts of appliances.
A beautiful marble staircase leads to the upper floor. Nearly all the rooms offer the possibility to walk out on to the wide terrace surrounding the villa and the numerous french windows enable one to admire the garden and the sea, even from the inside.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with antique furniture; two have en-suite bathrooms with showers and third has a separate bathroom with tub. Two of the bedrooms are separated by a charming studio for relaxing or reading.
From the entrance area, there is direct access to the rear terrace which leads to the laundry and the cottage.
The cottage has a double bedroom with a small bathroom with shower and a single room; both rooms have wardrobes and air conditioning.
Following the path in front of the cottage one finds the swimming pool and another structure with a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue.

La villa est entourée d'une jolie terrasse pavée à un mètre au-dessus du jardin en contrebas, arborant caroubiers centenaires, palmiers, oliviers, myrtilles, et buis.
Au rez-de-chaussée, le grand salon est meublé avec des meubles anciens et design, ainsi qu'une ancienne cheminée en marbre de Carrare. Dans l'élégante salle à manger, 8 personnes peuvent s'asseoir autour de la table. La grande et belle cuisine est bien équipée avec toutes sortes d'appareils. Un bel escalier en marbre mène à l'étage supérieur. Presque toutes les chambres offrent la possibilité de sortir sur la grande terrasse qui entoure la villa et les nombreuses portes-fenêtres vous permettent d'admirer le jardin et la mer.
Au premier étage, il y a trois chambres avec des meubles anciens ; deux ont une salle de bain privée avec douche et la troisième a une salle de bain séparée avec baignoire. Deux des chambres sont séparées par une jolie bibliothèque pour se détendre ou lire.
Depuis la zone d'entrée, vous accédez directement à la terrasse arrière d'où vous rejoignez la buanderie et l’annexe. Cette dernière dispose d'une chambre double avec une petite salle de bain avec douche et une chambre simple ; les deux chambres sont équipées d'armoires et de la climatisation.
En suivant le sentier, vous trouverez la piscine et une autre structure avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et un barbecue.
Tra lo splendido paesaggio di Porto Venere, troviamo Villa Portovenere, una villa privata dei primi del 1900, affacciata sulla baia di Porto Venere. La Villa, un gioiello di rara bellezza, si trova dietro cancelli dipinti di bianco direttamente sulla riva del mare.
La Villa è circondata da un grazioso terrazzo pavimentato a un metro sopra il giardino sottostante caratterizzato da secolari carrubi, palme, ulivi, mirti, buxus e pittosforum.
Al piano terra l'ampio soggiorno è arredato con mobili antichi e di design, oltre ad un antico camino in marmo di Carrara. Nell'elegante sala da pranzo 8 persone possono sedersi attorno al tavolo quadrato. La grande e bella cucina è ben attrezzata con tutti i tipi di elettrodomestici.
Una bella scala in marmo conduce al piano superiore. Quasi tutte le stanze offrono la possibilità di uscire sull'ampio terrazzo che circonda la villa e le numerose porte-finestre permettono di ammirare il giardino e il mare, anche dall'interno.
Al primo piano ci sono tre camere da letto con mobili antichi; due hanno il bagno privato con doccia e il terzo ha un bagno separato con vasca. Due delle camere sono separate da un grazioso monolocale per rilassarsi o leggere.
Dalla zona d'ingresso si accede direttamente al terrazzo retrostante dal quale si accede alla lavanderia e al casolare.
Il casolare dispone di una camera matrimoniale con un piccolo bagno con doccia ed una camera singola; entrambe le camere sono dotate di armadi e aria condizionata.
Seguendo il sentiero davanti al casolare si trova la piscina e un'altra struttura con cucina completamente attrezzata e barbecue.
