La Villa's interiors have an elegant and rigid style, a rarefied atmosphere. The 2 Luxury bedrooms and 2 Studios are very spacious and recently renovated with amazing views over the valley and the vineyards. Every piece of furniture is softly modern and combined with the exterior's settings through big glass windows. The wide living area, which is really bright during the day and illuminated by a dim light during the evening, infuses a sense of intimacy that continues in the rooms and the other areas. A classically modern setting that can narrate the past through the present.
The 300m2 tiled Italian stone terrace and breathtaking views it offers over the green valley of Italy can be admired every day. Beautiful furbished, you can spend hours in the comfortable sofas and relax in the sun. A cosy feeling that makes you want to sit and enjoy all afternoon.
The adjoining house has 2 apartments with an integrated kitchen and a 360° view of the whole region of Perugia. On a clear day, you also can see the old castles from Todi. The silence and the foresight give a feeling of calm and balance. Both areas can be inhabited independently. The wine cellar offers the guests the possibility to do some wine tasting at the villa. A special location for a special occasion.
The stunning infinity pool (20m) has an impressive view over the vineyard. Lots of space in the pool area with the perfect water temperature invites you to relax and enjoy all day. The pool view of the sunset at the end of the day is a true highlight.

Extended over 65 hectares, 6.5 of which dedicated to grape production, for its position it benefits from a microclimate favorable to the vine. The well-balanced harmony of climatic factors such as sun, light, air, ventilation and rainfall produces fruit capable of generating high-quality wines, true interpreters of the peculiarities of the territory.
The various types of grapes are all hand-picked and made in to wine separately, in order to derive from each the best quality result. The resulting wines are endowed with a strong personality, great structure and are gifted with longevity; for this reason, the reds, in particular, are well-suited for long aging.

La maison adjacente dispose de 2 appartements avec cuisine intégrée et une vue à 360 ° sur toute la région de Pérouse. Par temps clair, vous pouvez également voir les anciens châteaux de Todi. Les deux appartements peuvent être habités de manière indépendante.

Les baies, issues de différents cépages, sont toutes récoltées à la main et vinifiés séparément, afin d'obtenir le meilleur résultat qualitatif de chacun. Les vins qui en résultent sont dotés d'une forte personnalité, d'une grande structure et d'une longévité ; pour cette raison, les rouges, en particulier, conviennent à un long vieillissement.

L'equilibrata armonia di fattori climatici quali sole, luce, aria, ventilazione e precipitazioni produce frutti capaci di generare vini di alta qualità, veri interpreti delle peculiarità del territorio.
I vari tipi di uve sono tutti raccolti a mano e vinificati separatamente, al fine di ricavare da ciascuno il miglior risultato qualitativo. I vini che ne derivano sono dotati di una forte personalità, grande struttura e sono dotati di longevità; per questo motivo, i rossi, in particolare, sono adatti per un lungo invecchiamento.
