The residence was originally used as an artists studio; here painters Giorgio De Chirico and Filippo de Pisis had their own atelier in early twentieth century. They, along with various other artists through the centuries, depicted the house in celebrated artwork. In the forties it became the most famous candle factory in town, due also to its proximity to the Vatican. The present owners purchased the structure in the early eighties, making it their residential home. The residential structure artfully combines the stucture's rich history with modern conveniences.

Le deuxième étage abrite la chambre double avec une grande salle de bain et un dressing. Enfin, le troisième étage abrite deux autres chambres doubles, chacune avec salle de bains privative, et une kitchenette.

La struttura residenziale combina ad arte la ricca storia della struttura con i comfort moderni.
