Description

The renowned Florentine palazzo is situated in the heart of Florence, just a few steps from Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. Palazzo Blueprint is spacious and contemporary and sits on the fourth floor of this gorgeous palace.

The structure's origins date back to the 12th century but its actual form is mainly derived from a 17th century renovation designed by architect Ferdinando Tacca. During the Second World War the surroundings of Ponte Vecchio, including a part of this palace, were nearly destroyed. The Torre (the tower) within this palazzo, one of the highest Towers in Florence, collapsed. The owners radically restored all of the superstructures: partitions, false ceilings, and layers of paint highlighting the original structure made of bricks and pillars from the tower. From the living room sofa, guests can enjoy views of Santo Stefano Church and on the opposite end of the residence, the tower of Palazzo Vecchio.

The residence is a recently restored and decorated luxury five-bedroom apartment on the terraced fourth floor of an historical family owned Palazzo in the heart of Florence. The historical luxury residence has been decorated using the highest quality materials in a fashionable, contemporary style. Guests arrive at the Palazzo entering a gracious XVIIth century hall with its original columns and statues. A beautiful vaulted staircase leads to the upper floors. If preferred, access to 4th floor is also available by a newly installed mirror lined elevator.

The apartment is comprised of an entrance lobby, a spacious double volume living and dining room (which can accommodate 16 guests), which open onto a fully furnished roof terrace and garden. The residence additionally includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a powder room, laundry cupboard, and storage. In addition, the apartment includes two suites, both of which open onto the terrace and both with king beds and en-suite marble bathrooms; one bedroom with twin beds, and two bedrooms with king beds, all with en-suite bathrooms. The residence provides all modern comforts, such as central heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and SKY TV.

This majestic Florentine residence perfectly blends the class of Florentine antiquity with modern design and luxury. This palace offers an unforgettable and exclusive retreat in the heart of Renaissance city.
