I bagni sono dotati di doccia e asciugacapelli, alcuni hanno il doppio lavabo. Le Smart TV sono in tutte le camere da letto e nelle aree comuni. La villa dispone di rete wifi, dispositivi di sicurezza, impianto stereo nelle aree comuni con controllo bluetooth, dispositivi per il controllo dell'aria condizionata tramite wi-fi e il citofono wi-fi.
Da questa splendida villa si possono raggiungere facilmente le zone e i borghi più rinomati della Costiera Amalfitana, come Positano, Ravello, Amalfi, o la città di Napoli con le sue centinaia di chiese e decine di musei, gli scavi di Pompei ed Ercolano, e la Greca templi di Paestum. Inoltre si possono scegliere diversi percorsi di trekking, il rinomato Sentiero degli Dei, e Punta Campanella, oppure si può visitare la cima del Vesuvio.
