Villa Elisa, which dates back to the 14th century, is situated in the heart of Umbria. Here, guests can enjoy the beauty of antiquity and the comforts of the 21st century. The estate is situated in the centre of Umbria, about a 20-minute drive to the beautiful city of Perugia. In this area, one can enjoy the simple pleasures of the countryside while taking in the art, history, architecture (not to mention delightful food and wine) of the neighbouring towns. Rome, with its ancient ruins, and Florence, with its Renaissance masterpieces, are both within two hours' drive from the estate; meanwhile the scenic Tuscan towns of Siena, Arezzo, and Cortona and the gorgeous Umbrian cities of Assisi, Todi, and Orvieto, are all an easy drive from the villa.
The villa, where one of the most important churches in the borgo was once housed, offers entertainment on the property as well; for instance, a beautiful, private heated pool with lounge chairs and parasols in addition to a lovely outdoor dining area, barbecue and hot tub.
The villa can welcome up to eight guests with its four elegantly decorated bedrooms with welcoming décor. All of the bedrooms offer king-size beds with en-suite bathrooms, one of the room has the possibility to split the bed and makes it a twin. The original kitchen, with its terracotta tile floors and rustic stone walls, includes all the amenities of a modern kitchen. The charming stone walls extend into the classic but cosy living room and dining room.

Rome, avec ses anciennes ruines, et Florence, avec ses chefs-d'œuvre de la Renaissance, sont tous deux à deux heures de route de la Villa ; alors que les villes toscanes de Sienne, Arezzo, Cortona et les belles villes d'Assisi, Todi et Orvieto sont toutes facilement accessibles depuis la villa.
La villa s’étend dans un parc historique en hauteur, dans lequel l’une des églises les plus importantes du village siégeait auparavant. Les clients pourront profiter pleinement de l’extérieur, grâce à une belle piscine privée chauffée, un bain à remous, ainsi qu'une belle salle à manger extérieure et un barbecue.
La villa peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes avec ses quatre chambres élégamment décorées et confortablement meublées. Toutes les chambres disposent de lits king size avec salle de bain privée, l'une des chambres a la possibilité de diviser le lit afin d’en faire deux lits simples. La cuisine opte pour un style de campagne avec des sols en terre cuite et des murs en pierre rustique, et comprend tout le confort d’équipements modernes. Les murs en pierre s'étendent dans le salon et la salle à manger, formant un cocon chaleureux et confortable.
La terrasse spectaculaire, ainsi que le parc du domaine surplombent le magnifique panorama environnant. Une parenthèse privilégiée où le temps s’arrête.

La tenuta è situata nel centro dell'Umbria, a circa 20 minuti d'auto dalla splendida città di Perugia. In questa zona si possono godere i semplici piaceri della campagna, oppure l'arte, la storia e l'architettura (per non parlare del cibo e del vino deliziosi) delle città vicine. Roma, con le sue antiche rovine, e Firenze, con i suoi capolavori del Rinascimento, sono entrambi entro due ore di macchina dalla tenuta; nel frattempo le città toscane di Siena, Arezzo, Cortona e le splendide città d'Assisi, Todi e Orvieto sono tutte facilmente raggiungibili dalla villa.
La villa, dove una delle chiese più importanti del borgo era stata ospitata prima, offre intrattenimenti anche sulla proprietà; per esempio, una bellissima piscina privata riscaldata, hot tub, oltre ad una bella zona pranzo all'aperto e barbecue.
La villa può ospitare fino a otto ospiti con le sue quattro camere elegantemente arredate con decorazioni accoglienti. Tutte le camere offrono letti king size con bagno privato, una delle camere ha la possibilità di dividere il letto e la rende una doppia. La cucina originale, con i pavimenti di terracotta e le pareti in pietra rustica, include tutti i comfort di una cucina moderna. Le pareti in pietra si estendono nei classici ma accoglienti soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Dalla terrazza spettacolare, circondata da un elegante giardino, mentre si affaccia sul magnifico panorama della proprietà, sembrerebbe che il tempo si ferma.
