Description

A fairytale panorama unfolds before us from the penthouse apartment of one of Balatonfüred's imposing condominiums, which is 120 m2 and includes a 100+100 m2 terrace and a roof garden. Modern and natural elements meet in the real estate residential park, which was built in premium quality.

The buildings have a mixed structure. A monolithic reinforced concrete pillar-frame design was implemented, with reinforced concrete reinforcing walls and load-bearing brick (SILKA) walls, with sound-insulating (SILKA) brick walls between the apartments.

Modern, colored plastic doors and windows with Fenstherm Brill enhanced thermal insulation, 3-layer glazing and flexible impact were made on the facade.

The apartments have excellent sound and thermal insulation. The walls are made of Silka sand-lime bricks, so no noise can be heard from neighboring apartments.

A modern heating-cooling system will be created, which, in addition to its efficiency, also protects the environment.

The apartments are heated and cooled by the most modern Panasonic heat pumps. Thanks to the heat pumps and the excellent thermal insulation, the heating fees for the apartments will be extremely low (in the case of a 70 square meter apartment, expect only HUF 10-14/month).

With the help of our interior designer, we provide the Owners with the opportunity to choose the design of the apartments according to their needs.

In the residential park, it is also possible to use an eternal panoramic swimming pool with a stretched water surface.
