The outdoor spaces are liveable and well designed: a wonderful panoramic salt water swimming pool (15m x7m) has recently been built, complete with a patio where to relax. Il est réparti sur trois étages: au rez-de-chaussée, nous trouvons une salle de dégustation des excellents vins du territoire et avec un accès direct à la suggestive cave à vin, tandis qu'aux étages supérieurs se trouvent trois chambres avec salles de bains privatives, caractérisées par détails en pierre de canton et brique apparente. Les espaces extérieurs sont agréables à vivre et bien conçus : une magnifique piscine panoramique d'eau salée (15m x 7m) a été récemment construite, agrémentée d'un patio où se détendre. Il convient également de noter le magnifique spa adjacent à la piscine avec chauffage au sol et doté de tout le confort. La propriété est située à un peu plus d'une heure de l'aéroport international de Milan Malpensa, à une heure de Turin, à 30 minutes d'Alba, à une heure et demie de Gênes et à 2 heures de Portofino. Gli spazi esterni sono vivibili e ben concepiti: recentemente è stata realizzata una meravigliosa piscina panoramica con acqua salata (15m x7m) completa di patio in cui rilassarsi. Degna di nota è anche la bellissima spa adiacente la piscina con riscaldamento a pavimento e completa di tutti i confort.
