Montello, one of the most important natural areas in the Veneto region, is a slight mountain relief just a few minutes from the city of Treviso, much appreciated for its environmental and landscape qualities rich in blooming greenery, for its quietness and absence of traffic, for this reason it has been chosen since ancient times as a place of spiritual retreat by Benedictine monks. It is in one the most privileged spots for its extraordinary panoramic views and enchanting environmental context that the artistic genius of one of the most important local architects of the 20th century, celebrated in several publications, found its expression. The villa, dominating and developed on a single floor although internally on two slightly staggered levels, is characterised by generous porticoes with an evocative flooring in the characteristic original Possagno terracotta. Inside, the cosy living area is enhanced by fully glazed walls that give it pleasant natural light and from which one of them you can always enjoy the extraordinary views of the large two-hectare private park and the incredible views of the surrounding countryside as far as the exquisite Collalto hills on the other side of the limpid waters of the Piave River. The dining area, which during joyous summer dinners can be set up in the adjoining portico, is conveniently located between the living room and the kitchen a few steps higher up. The star of the interior is the large tiled stube built in the centre of the villa, which generates such a pleasant warmth in the house that minimal use is made by the heating system. Also standing out is the voluminous interior of the living room characterised by the beautiful exposed beams in bleached wood. The sleeping area is distributed in a double bedroom and two other small bedrooms now used as a study and wardrobe room. The floor is completed by a windowed bathroom and a short section of stairs that connects the accessory service rooms below, a pantry storage room and a technical room. To embellish the property, interior lights in Murano glass, an artist's painting on the entrance wall and a capacious Jacuzzi located under the portico ready to offer the most complete relaxation surrounded by absolute peace. The temperate climate of this dry and slightly breezy micro-area makes you appreciate even more the twenty-one thousand metres of protected and safeguarded garden with its tall native plants and a typical karst sinkhole, which recall the rich biodiversity of Montello, considered a true paradise for lovers of trekking on foot, on horseback or by cycling. The property, lit and served by two entrances with parking areas and walkways, also has an authorised outdoor storage area. The healthy, well-maintained and well-preserved villa requires light restoration and retains building potential for possible extension. It is also very well connected to the airport, Venice, the Dolomites and the Adriatic Sea too.

Montello, l'un des espaces naturels les plus importants de la Vénétie, est un léger relief montagneux à quelques minutes de la ville de Trévise, très apprécié pour ses qualités environnementales et paysagères, riche en verdure luxuriante, pour le calme et l'absence de circulation, à tel point qu'il a été choisi depuis l'Antiquité comme lieu de retraite spirituelle par les moines bénédictins. Et c'est ici que le génie artistique de l'un des architectes locaux les plus importants du XXe siècle, célébré dans diverses publications, a pris forme. La villa, dominante et développée sur un seul étage (bien qu'à l'intérieur elle est sur deux niveaux légèrement décalés), se caractérise par des arcades très généreuses avec un pavé suggestif en terre cuite originale caractéristique de Possagno. A l'intérieur, l'espace de vie accueillant est mis en valeur par des côtés entièrement vitrés qui lui confèrent une agréable lumière naturelle et d'où il est toujours possible de profiter des vues extraordinaires sur le grand parc privé de deux hectares et des vues incroyables sur l'environnement jusqu'au noble collines de Collalto de l'autre côté des eaux claires du Piave.
La salle à manger, qui peut être aménagée dans le porche adjacent pour de joyeux dîners d'été, est idéalement positionnée entre le salon et la cuisine quelques marches plus haut. Le protagoniste des intérieurs est le grand stube en majolique construit au centre de la villa et qui génère une chaleur agréable dans la maison de manière à utiliser très peu le système de chauffage. L'intérieur du salon se distingue par de belles poutres apparentes en bois blanchi. La zone nuit comprend une chambre double et deux autres chambres actuellement utilisées comme bureau et penderie. L'étage est complété par une salle de bain avec fenêtre et un petit escalier qui relie les pièces de service sous-jacentes, le garde-manger, et le local technique. Pour embellir ultérieurement la maison, il y a des lustres en verre de Murano, une peinture d'auteur sur le mur d'entrée et un grand jacuzzi situé sous le portique prêt à vous offrir le summum de la détente entouré d'une paix absolue. Le climat tempéré de cette micro-zone sèche et légèrement ventilée fait apprécier encore plus les vingt et un mille mètres de jardin protégé avec ses grands arbres indigènes et un gouffre karstique typique, qui rappellent la riche biodiversité de Montello considéré comme un véritable paradis pour les amateurs de la marche à pied du cheval et du vélo. La propriété, éclairée et desservie par deux entrées avec stationnement, est également équipée d'un garage extérieur. La villa nécessite une légère rénovation et peut être éventuellement agrandie. La propriété est très bien reliée à l'aéroport, Venise, les Dolomites et la mer Adriatique.

Ed è in uno dei suoi punti maggiormente privilegiati per le straordinarie viste panoramiche e per l’incantevole contesto ambientale che ha trovato forma il genio artistico di uno dei più importanti architetti locali del novecento celebrato in diverse pubblicazioni. La villa, dominante e sviluppata su un unico piano benché internamente su due livelli leggermente sfalsati, è caratterizzata da generosissimi porticati con una suggestiva pavimentazione nel caratteristico cotto originale di Possagno. All’interno l’accogliente zona giorno è valorizzata da lati totalmente finestrati che le donano una piacevole illuminazione naturale e dai quali è possibile godere sempre degli straordinari affacci sul grande parco privato di due ettari e dei panorami incredibili sull’ambiente circostante fino alle nobili colline di Collalto dall’altra parte delle limpide acque del Piave. La zona pranzo, che nelle gioiose cene estive può essere allestita nell’attiguo porticato, è comodamente posizionata tra il salotto e la cucina di qualche gradino più in alto. Protagonista degli ambienti interni è la grande stube in maiolica costruita nel centro della villa e che genera un piacevole calore in casa tale da utilizzare pochissimo l’impianto di riscaldamento. A spiccare è anche la voluminosità interna del living caratterizzato dalla bellissima travatura a vista in legno sbiancato. La zona notte è distribuita in una camera matrimoniale e in altre due camerette ora utilizzate come studio e vano guardaroba. Completano il piano un bagno finestrato ed un breve tratto di scale che collega i sottostanti locali di servizio accessori ripostiglio dispensa e vano tecnico. Ad impreziosire l’abitazione, luci interne in vetro di Murano, un dipinto d’autore sulla parete d’ingresso ed una capiente Jacuzzi collocata sotto il porticato pronta ad offrirti il massimo del relax circondati dalla pace assoluta. Il clima temperato di questa microarea asciutta e leggermente ventilata fa apprezzare ancor più i ventunomila metri di giardino protetto e tutelato con le sue piante autoctone ad alto fusto ed una tipica dolina carsica, che richiamano la ricca biodiversità del Montello considerato un vero e proprio paradiso per gli amanti del trekking sia a piedi che a cavallo e del cicloturismo. La proprietà, illuminata e servita da due accessi con parking zone e camminamenti, è dotata anche di una rimessa esterna autorizzata. La villa, sana, manutentata e ben conservata richiede un restauro leggero e conserva potenzialità edificatoria per un eventuale ampliamento. Molto ben collegata anche all’aeroporto, a Venezia, alle Dolomiti ed al mare adriatico.
