Impressive detached house with a unique botanical garden just 15 minutes from the capital. The house, built and decorated with great detail, is inspired by the traditional Catalan farmhouses, giving the house a great personality, which contrasts with the comfort of the interior layout.

With three independent accesses (social, service and living area), the main door was brought from a convent of the eighteenth century and gives us access to the living area of the house. Here we find a large L-shaped kitchen with old clay floors of more than 200 years old, and with access to the service room area (which also has a separate entrance from the garden), a large living room, a dining room and a kitchen;The main dining room has a classic style with red marble and 7 cm hardwood floors, a large living room full of light, a room dedicated to library, a large main dining room with a classic style with red marble and a library.

These rooms communicate with the social area, and also with its independent access from the garden. The heated and glazed pool, with beautiful natural stone waterfalls, gives way to a very spacious social room, perfect for entertaining guests, which also has its own small kitchen next to it. This area is completed by a cozy and very pleasant TV room or multipurpose room.

Outside the pool there is a barbecue area, full bathroom to service this environment, and a nice outdoor stay as a picnic area.

On the second floor, a large living room/distributor gives access to 4 independent suites, each decorated in a different way, and all of them with exotic materials and high quality marble. The master suite, of large dimensions, includes a large private bathroom, a reading area with fireplace and access to a private terrace for total discretion. The other three bedrooms all have their own large bathrooms and are filled with natural light.

The exterior of the house is nature at its best. Entering from the street we are greeted by a beautiful ancient olive tree that impresses only with its presence. Two independent rivers with natural waterfalls surround the garden, and provide a sound and atmosphere of maximum relaxation. In this garden, we find a multitude of different species, and a set of pure vegetation that takes you away from the city and transports you to different parts of the world. A small stay for caretakers at the entrance of the property complete this architectural ensemble.

Las Rozas de Madrid is a municipality located only 20 km. from the capital, practically linked to Majadahonda, a high standing residential area. The northwest of Madrid has become, by its own means, one of the most demanded areas to live in the surroundings of the capital of Spain. Its large green areas, its pleasant climate, its excellent communications with the center of Madrid, and all the services offered to citizens, make this area one of the best to live in one of the cities with the best quality of life in the world.
