The farmhouse, inaugurated in July 2005, has ten bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living area with fireplace, a lovely restaurant that opens onto a delightful internal courtyard. Next to the main farmhouse, a modern two-storey dependance has recently been built, from whose windows it is possible to admire the wonderful panorama. Very interesting is also the typical and suggestive cellar dug into the tuff completely restored and with "infernot", today listed on the UNESCO World Heritage Site List.
The property is completed by a large outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace, a red clay tennis court, and a multifunctional field.
The land, of about 2 hectares, is characterized by orchards, woods, and hazelnuts surrounding the property. The area where the property is located is particularly touristy, thanks to the proximity of the picturesque villages of Monferrato and Langhe, the Po River Park, the Ligurian Sea, and the mountains. It is located one hour from Milan, Turin, and Genoa.

Entourée d'un grand parc, la propriété est une ancienne ferme du XVIIIe siècle finement restaurée dans le respect de l'architecture d'origine et elle se dresse sur une colline d'où il est possible de profiter de la vue sur un magnifique panorama sur toute la vallée et les collines environnantes. Le mas, inauguré en juillet 2005, dispose de dix chambres avec salles de bains privatives, d'un grand séjour avec cheminée, d'un joli restaurant qui s'ouvre sur une ravissante cour intérieure. A côté de la ferme principale, une dépendance moderne de deux étages a été récemment construite, depuis les fenêtres de laquelle il est possible d'admirer le magnifique panorama. Très intéressante est également la cave typique et suggestive creusée dans le tuf entièrement restaurée et avec "infernot", aujourd'hui inscrite sur la Liste du Patrimoine Mondial de l'UNESCO.
La propriété est complétée par une grande piscine extérieure avec terrasse bien exposée, un court de tennis en terre battue rouge et un terrain multifonctionnel.
Le terrain, d'environ 2 hectares, est caractérisé par des vergers, des bois et des noisetiers qui entourent la propriété. La zone où se trouve la propriété est particulièrement touristique, grâce à la proximité des villages pittoresques du Monferrato et des Langhe, du parc du fleuve Pô, de la mer Ligure et des montagnes. L’agriturismo, inaugurato nel luglio 2005, dispone di dieci camere da letto con bagno en suite, una ampia zona living con camino, un grazioso ristorante che si apre su una deliziosa corte interna. Accanto al casale principale è stata recentemente costruita una moderna dependance disposta su due piani, dalle cui vetrate è possibile ammirare il meraviglioso panorama. Molto interessante è anche la tipica e suggestiva cantina scavata nel tufo completamente ristrutturata e con “infernot”, oggi patrimonio dell’Unesco.
La proprietà è completata da una grande piscina all’aperto con terrazza solarium, da un campo da tennis in terra rossa e da un campo multifunzionale.
Il terreno, di circa 2 ettari è caratterizzato da frutteto, bosco e noccioleto circostante la proprietà. La zona in cui si ubica l’immobile è particolarmente turistica, grazie alla vicinanza dei suggestivi borghi del Monferrato e delle Langhe, del Parco Fluviale del Po, del Mar Ligure e delle montagne. Si trova a un’ora da Milano, Torino e Genova.
