1457976555MIAMI, FL - A new record has been set in the East Kendall neighborhood of Miami. A home with a wine cellar, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and a 3-car garage sold for $2,320,000.

The 2006 custom built home has 8,177 square feet and it sits on a 60,548 square foot lot. The property is walled and gated, has mature oak trees, 43 royal palms, mango and avocado trees, outdoor stainless steel kitchen and a spectacular courtyard at the center of the home.

The sale sets a new record price in the area to date and was also one of the priciest homes in Kendall in the last 2 years. Tony Rodriguez-Tellaheche of Prestige Realty Group in Coconut Grove represented the sellers. “The homes design and feel is of a country home in the middle of the city” said Rodriguez-Tellaheche. “You wouldn’t have any idea this quality of a home was in this neighborhood unless you entered the gates”. The buyer’s name was not disclosed. They were said to have been relocating from Orlando.
