Tony Rodriguez-Tellaheche of Prestige Realty Group in Coconut Grove represented the sellers. “The homes design and feel is of a country home in the middle of the city” said Rodriguez-Tellaheche. “You wouldn’t have any idea this quality of a home was in this neighborhood unless you entered the gates”.
