SEATTLE, WA USA – September 28, 2023 – Sunday, September 17th members of the global Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate (LRE®) network began arriving to attend the 26th Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference which took place at the Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley in Park City, UT. Brokers, top agents and management from around the world gathered to connect, share and discuss the latest trends in the luxury real estate industry.
The event began with the exclusive Board of Regents programming, opening with an evening welcome reception at the Goldener Hirsch, Auberge Resorts Collection hosted by Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. The following day, Regents heard from keynote speakers, Rob Keefe, Founder and President of Relitix, who shared his experience working with performance metrics to drive success and Morgan Carey, CEO of Real Estate Webmasters, speaking on the impacts of AI in the real estate industry. That evening, an opening reception was held to welcome newly arrived guests and kick off formal programming.
Other keynote speakers included David Friedman, Co-Founder of WealthQuotient, who shared insight from his comprehensive ultra-high-net-worth prospecting knowledge, and Ken Goodfellow, Founder of Coach Ken International, who shared knowledge of how top tier producers scale their own business and stand out from the competition. In addition, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate members enjoyed several sessions throughout the conference regarding ‘Building Your Brand to Build Your Business’, ‘Marketing Leadership: Efficient Planning and Decision Making, and ‘Closing the Deal: Success Strategies for Listings and Sales, Regardless of Market Conditions’.
Members had the opportunity to tour a sophisticated sanctuary in Park City, which showcased its breathtaking views and the essence of Park City living. Wohali Utah was another tour of one of Utah’s upcoming golf course developments attendees enjoyed, while others spent their afternoon hiking or mountain biking the trails of Deer Valley.
