Resources Real Estate SHREWSBURY, NJ - Local real estate sales have been on the rebound after an initial slowdown due to government public safety measures in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Resources Real Estate acknowledged the efforts of their agents and staff who have been working harder than ever in service to their clients.Thomas McCormack Senior Partner of Resources Real Estate

“Some of our agents -- even those who saw the heights of the local real estate market 15 years ago are reporting that they have never before been this busy,” said Thomas McCormack Senior Partner of Resources Real Estate. “While Monmouth County sales are still lagging behind 2019 totals, they are catching up and the pace is astounding.”

The company, who recently released their second quarter market report, is citing a lack of inventory, pent up demand due to the lockdown and increased demand due to homebuyers who want greater opportunities for social distancing at home, as the underlying causes of the current market frenzy.
