Tiger Bowl Farm In Diamante Valley

This huge 86 hectare farm in the Diamante Valley is located between the rural villages of La Florida and San Salvador. The farm roughly forms a bowl. Sites on the rim of the bowl offer stellar ocean and mountain views while the lower basin is full of hidden meadows and forests crossed by wandering streams that flow out of the basin and feed the Baru river. This water-rich farm is a fresh water factory, with cool artesian water bubbling up from three springs.

Tiger Bowl has good access to public roads and utilities. A private road defines the western border. And the farm has more than one kilometer of public road frontage along its northern border. La Florida municipal water and ICE main power run along this public road frontage, vastly reducing infrastructure costs for any future home site. All told, roughly half of the farm’s perimeter abuts well-maintained roads in good condition. In addition, there are several old access roads cutting through the farm that could be resurfaced.

Tiger Bowl has several large building sites, some with views of both the impressive 600-foot tall Diamante waterfall and the ocean.
