No expense was spared on the creation of this elite equestrian center designed for world-class show horses located in Okanogan County, Washington. Okanogan County is located on the north-central border of Washington state and sits along the Canadian border. It is truly one of the state’s most wild and beautiful territories. With the fertile Methow Valley to the west, the mighty Columbia River region to the east, and its plethora of lakes and trails in the northern region, Okanogan County’s landscape is diverse, scenic, and exciting.
This high-end horse facility sits on a lush 114± acres, partially irrigated and producing grass hay and alfalfa. There is one full pivot and a half pivot with a 12-inch pressurized community irrigation line and two wells. It is ideally suited for a quality breeding program, training, boarding with lessons, or showing.
The barn has cedar-lined ceilings and contains 31 movable stalls with excellent lighting throughout, wall to wall matted floors, viewing windows, a breeding room, offices, and a 1-bedroom apartment. The entire barn is fitted with rubber mat floors and is thoroughly heated. Hot water services the wash stations, and there are viewing windows on the second floor, which also houses a lovely one bedroom, one bath apartment. Also included are a heated tack room and office space. There is a combination of indoor and outdoor stalls, with four corrals that lead to numerous holding paddocks.
The enclosed arena is 150’ x 275’ and is completely free-span construction. An additional barn/shop is constructed with extra thick plywood walls that house supplies, stall bedding, and equipment. Pine Creek Equestrian Center is beautifully designed and equipped with everything the discerning equestrian demands. Built initially to breed and train world-class Arabian horses, nothing was spared.
