A few steps from the main terrace area, we find the swimming pool, made and embellished by the mosaic of "Orosei" marble, with a sunbathing area, all perfectly framed by a well-kept barrier of vegetation which allows for excellent privacy.
The sleeping area is located on the two lower floors. On the first floor, connected by internal and external stairs and by an elevator, we can find a bright master bedroom, equipped with a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, and two additional double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. .

Elle est composée, au dernier étage, d'un grand salon avec de grandes fenêtres donnant directement sur la grande terrasse avec une vue panoramique spectaculaire. Grâce à l'ouverture sur la terrasse, la maison peut profiter de deux salles à manger, une intérieure et une extérieure. A quelques pas de la terrasse il y la piscine, réalisée et embellie par la mosaïque en marbre d'Orosei, avec un solarium, le tout parfaitement niché dans une végétation bien entretenue, grâce à laquelle elle bénéficie d'une excellente intimité.
L'espace nuit est situé aux deux étages inférieurs. Au premier étage, relié par des escaliers intérieurs et extérieurs et par un ascenseur, il y a la chambre principale lumineuse, équipée d'un grand dressing et d'une salle de bains privative, et deux autres chambres doubles, chacune avec salle de bains privative.
Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une véranda, deux autres chambres avec salle de bains privative, un petit coin cuisine, un couloir avec coin buanderie, ainsi qu'un autre grand et accueillant salon maintenant utilisé comme atelier.
Dans la maison, et en particulier au premier étage et au rez-de-chaussée, chaque couloir et chaque espace utile a été parfaitement exploité afin que la maison puisse bénéficier de tout le confort possible. Elle est également équipée de la climatisation dans toutes les pièces et comprend deux places de parking.

Internamente è composta al piano principale più alto, da un’ampia zona giorno con grandi vetrate aperte direttamente sulla grande terrazza con una spettacolare vista panoramica. Grazie all’apertura sulla terrazza la casa può godere di due zone pranzo, una interna ed una esterna, sfruttabile nella parte coperta. Sullo stesso livello del soggiorno troviamo inoltre una cucina abitabile, un servizio di cortesia ed una comoda dispensa, oltre ad una piacevole zona lettura/studio soppalcata.
A pochi passi dalla zona terrazza, troviamo la piscina, realizzata ed impreziosita dal mosaico in marmo di Orosei, con zona prendisole, il tutto incorniciato perfettamente da una curata vegetazione, grazie alla quale gode di ottima privacy.
La zona notte si trova nei due piani inferiori. Al piano primo, collegato dalle scale interna ed esterna e da un ascensore, potremo trovare la luminosa camera padronale, dotata di un’ampia cabina armadio e un bagno en-suite, ed ulteriori due camere da letto doppie, ognuna con bagno en-suite.
