Geographic position
Villa Daisy is situated in a convenient, hilly and panoramic location with a view of Orvieto and the green valley below.

Orvieto’s historic centre is less than 10 minutes’ drive (5 km), while the A1 motorway which takes you to Rome (120 km) and Florence (164 km) in an hour and a half and under two hours respectively, is just 9 km away.

The nearest airport is Perugia, 81 km away (an hour and a quarter’s drive), while Rome Ciampino (137 km) and Fiumicino (155 km) airports are around an hour and forty minutes away.

Description of buildings
Access to the property is through a pretty wrought-iron gate from which a stone paved lane leads to a large parking area with room for ten cars.

The villa, which measures around 550 sq.m in total, has three floors and is currently split into two separate apartments:

Villa Daisy has been fully restored both structurally and in terms of insulation, both for heat and soundproofing, and also the internal finishings, all excellent quality and made in Italy.
The kitchens are custom-designed and feature fitted appliances.
The bedrooms and sitting rooms have parquet flooring.
The shutters are wood with double glazing.
The bathrooms are finished with the best quality tiles.
The shutters are unbreakable metal with locks and mosquito screens.
All the cupboards in the bedrooms and the living areas were custom made by hand, by a local carpenter.

External areas
The grounds, landscaped with tall trees and evergreens for guaranteed privacy, measure around 6600 sq.m, are fully fenced in and benefit from automatic irrigation and security camera systems.
