The glass sliding windows and the quantity of greenery all around give this room a unique atmosphere. The impressive TV unit with built-in professional speakers also contains a built-in gas fire. The gigantic mezzanine (with glass walls) keeps you in contact with the upper floor and provides a spectacular feeling of height. There is an oak staircase with floating steps at the rear of the building, which takes you to the upper floor.
You walk from the living room/TV room through to the impressive room at the rear (built over the entire width and facing southeast) of the villa with the kitchen, dining room and lounger offering a gorgeous view over the garden, the boathouse and the lakes.
