Victoria Point Cays consists of Big Point Cay, Little Point Cay and a small rock located just south of Mangrove Cay, Andros totaling 8.251 acres. Big Point Cay is the only developed island which has 2 beautiful white sandy swimming beaches and offers all the amenities necessary for comfortable living. Victoria Point Cays are accessible by boat, helicopter and float plane, or from Nassau via the Clarence Bain Airport on Mangrove Cay and then a few minutes boat ride to the island. The local area has some of the best bonefishing flats the Bahamas has to offer and quaint villages are close-by on the mainland where supplies can be bought. Within 1 mile of Victoria Point Cay, an extensive offshore reef, blue holes and great snorkeling, diving and offshore fishing. There is deep water access just off of Victoria Point Cay. Little Point Cay 1.25 acres is undeveloped is large enough for residence. The Island has a small beach and sufficient deep water for marine access.
