The southern tract elevation ranges from 542 Ft above sea level on the north eastern corner to approximately 532 Ft above sea level on the southern end fronting on HWY 80.
Water: There are a total of 15 stock ponds, a 2-acre lake, and a 25-acre lake managed by the Corp of Engineers. The property features over 2400 Ft. of frontage on both sides of Rocky Cedar Creek as it enters the 25 +/- AC lake. A community water supply services the southern tract and runs along the east boundary line of the property. The same community water line services the improvements on the northern tracts as well.
Improvements: This ranch is perfect for entertaining family and friends and intimate weekend getaways.
