Recently renovated and extended, Beachfront Hideaway represents luxe beachside living and brings guests close to nature with its water frontage to Belongil Beach and Belongil Creek.

The first level is home to the master bedroom suite with separate bunk room. Here you will also find the gourmet chef’s kitchen, with butler’s pantry, island bench and Miele appliances, together with the glass-framed open plan living and dining zones that give way to a spacious enclosed deck with 180 degree vistas directly out to the beach.

Downstairs lie 3 additional bedrooms, together with bathroom, separate shower room and WC, a laundry, wet bar and additional enclosed living spaces. Timber flooring, European tiling and automated blinds are positioned throughout.
The home is ringed by a large enclosed deck that serves to both protect it from the elements or invite the sunshine and cross breezes in, the home is also thermally controlled ensuring ultimate comfort across all seasons.

The outdoor area is equipped with a garden bungalow, gorgeous 10-seater dining, a BBQ, large day bed and a beautiful tranquil garden. A wooden bathtub is located on the edge of the property overlooking the ocean, adding to the relaxed vibe that is synonymous with Byron Bay. There is also an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after those lazy days by the beach.

$2,500 per night, 7 night minimum stay

Summer, Spring & Autumn school holidays
$2,000 per night, 7 night minimum stay

Long weekends (January, April, May & October)
$2,500 per night, 3 night minimum stay

Splendour in the Grass
$2,000 per night, 4 night minimum stay

Winter months (June – August)
$1,500 per night or $9,000 per week, 3 night minimum stay

All other times of the year
$1,800 per night or $11,000 per week, 3 night minimum stay

Plus a one off linen fee of $300 per booking.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
